Important Update from 2/7/2024: The hotel rooms in the WHWC block for March 5-6 are sold out. Plenty of rooms are still available March 7-10. Use the link below and update the dates to March 7-10 to secure the conference rate for your room. Our group has until Monday, Feb 12 to continue booking rooms at the reduced rate. After February 12, the conference discount has expired and rooms are only available at the full rate through the hotel’s website.
Please confirm only one person per room reserves a room, as anyone who reserves a room is agreeing to be the financially responsible party. Additional roommates should be added as additional guest names on the room reservation and should not have a separate room reservation in their name. You will be subject to hotel cancellation policies regarding this room reservation. Payment for the room(s) will be paid at checkout at the conclusion of the event.
