Who all can attend E2024?

E2024 is an event created for women called to or exploring a call to ministry. Men are invited and welcome to attend and fully participate in all E2024 activities because we know it takes both men and women working together to express the fullness of the Kingdom.

Where is E2024 being held?

Our event is being held in Grapevine, Texas at the Hyatt Regency DFW near Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

When does registration open?

Registration links will go live at the conclusion of our Facebook Live on Thursday, April 13 at 8:30pm Eastern.

What does my registration include?

Registration includes access to all keynote and workshop sessions as well as the following meals:

  • Friday breakfast
  • Friday afternoon Holy Happy Hour
  • Friday dinner
  • Saturday breakfast
  • Saturday dinner

Friday lunch may be provided by denominational gathering or is on your own. Saturday lunch is on your own as you explore Grapevine or relax at the hotel.

What is the refund policy for this event?

If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is fully transferable to another person at any time as long as you identify the person to whom you will be transferring your registration and contact our registrar to make the registration transfer. You may also choose to cancel your registration before January 6, 2024 and we will partially refund your registration minus a $100 cancelation fee. After January 6, 2024, all registrations are non-refundable but still transferable.

If you cannot attend because you test positive for COVID or have any other sickness or health issues, you can transfer your registration to another individual or follow the same cancellation policy outlined above. We are not able to issue full refunds for any registration fees due to sickness or COVID.

This applies only to E2024 registration fees. All attendees with a hotel reservation must abide by hotel policies for cancellation. WHWC is not responsible for hotel cancellation fees.

Who is eligible for the discounted rate?

You qualify as a student if you are currently enrolled in an academic institution where you are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree that is preparing you for a vocation in ministry. You qualify for “First Time Attendee” pricing if this is your first time attending a Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy conference.

Can I register a group?

Yes, in the registration process you will be able to bulk register. For Groups of 10 or more use code TAKE10OFF to save $10 per registration.

Will there be a Spanish translator?

Yes, all main session teachings will be translated, and there will be a few workshops translated in Spanish as well.

Is the conference site ADA accessible?

The hotel where our event is held is wheelchair and walker accessible. ADA-accessible rooms are available to book at the hotel.

Which airport should I fly in and out of?

Please note: Southwest Airlines does not provide service to this airport. 

What are my transportation options to/from the airport?

For those staying onsite at the Hyatt Regency DFW Hotel with WHWC, there will be a free shuttle to and from DFW airport.  

Important Info for Drivers

If using a GPS app or website for directions, please do not search for the hotel’s physical address. Please search “DFW Airport” and follow directions into DFW International Airport. Once you have entered the airport via the toll booths, please follow the signs to Hyatt Regency DFW, adjacent to Terminal C. 

Hyatt Regency DFW Airport is pleased to offer complimentary parking for overnight guests, and guests dining or attending events at the hotel. Entry and exit through DFW toll booths is included in your guest complimentary parking for overnight and events.

You will need to have your toll booth ticket validated at the front desk for in/out driving privileges every time you leave the hotel to avoid paying a $27/day toll booth fee. The lost ticket fee is $27/day (subject to change).

When do I pay for my room?

When the conference is over you will pay for your stay at hotel check out.

What time can I check into the Hyatt Regency DFW Hotel?

Check in is at 3 PM

Can I room with whom I choose?

Yes, you get to choose your roommate(s). Up to 4 people can stay in one room, that includes 2 Queen beds.

Do I need to reserve a room myself?

Please confirm only one person per room reserves a room, as anyone who reserves a room is agreeing to be the financially responsible party. Additional roommates should be added as additional guest names on the room reservation and should not have a separate room reservation in their name. You will be subject to hotel cancellation policies regarding this room reservation. Payment for the room(s) will be paid at checkout.

Where can I go to find a roommate?

You can find a roommate by going to our E2024 Facebook group. You are responsible for finding your roommate(s).

I have dietary restrictions, can those be accommodated?

Yes. There will be options to request those on the registration form.

General FAQs

Is there internet available onsite?

Yes, there is complimentary internet for all guests.

Can I bring my child(ren) with me? Will childcare be provided?

No childcare will be provided. Mothers are welcome to bring infants with them at no additional charge. Accompanying caregivers must also register as attendees to receive a meal pass. Teenagers exploring a call to ministry are welcome to attend with a parent or guardian as a registered student attendee.

What time does the conference begin on Thursday, March 7, 2024?

The opening session starts at 7pm.

What time does the conference end on Saturday, March 9, 2024?

Conference events will go until at least 9pm that evening.

Are there charging stations in the conference space?

Yes, the hotel lobby and seating areas have multiple spaces where you can sit, charge your cell and laptop as needed. There is no charge to do so.

Do I need to reserve my place for workshops?

No reservations are needed for the workshops.

Will there be t-shirts for purchasing?

Absolutely!! You’re going to love what our team has designed.
