When does registration open?

Registration links will go live at the conclusion of our Facebook Live on Friday, April 25 at 6:30pm Eastern.

What does my registration include?

Registration includes access to all keynote and workshop sessions as well as the following meals:

• Tuesday breakfast (includes eggs)
• Tuesday dinner
• Wednesday breakfast (includes eggs)
• Wednesday dinner

Tuesday lunch may be provided by denominational gathering or is on your own. Wednesday lunch is on your own as you explore Minneapolis or relax at the hotel. 

How and when do I pay?

Payment for your registration is due at the time you register. Payment for your hotel rooms can take place at hotel check out.

How do I reserve my hotel rooms?

Hotel rooms are reserved after you register for the E2024 Conference. Follow our link to secure the WHWC rate. Do not call the hotel separately to reserve a room or you will not secure the conference rate.

What is the refund policy for this event?

If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is fully transferable to another person at any time as long as you identify the person to whom you will be transferring your registration and contact our registrar to make the registration transfer. You may also choose to cancel your registration before January 24, 2026 and we will fully refund your registration. After January 24, 2026, all registrations are non-refundable but still transferable.

This applies only to E2026 registration fees. All attendees with a hotel reservation must abide by hotel policies for cancellation. WHWC is not responsible for hotel cancellation fees.

Who is eligible for the discounted rate?

You qualify as a student if you are currently enrolled in an academic institution where you are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree that is preparing you for a vocation in ministry.
