How do I reserve my hotel rooms?

Hotel rooms are reserved after you register for the E2024 Conference. Follow our link to secure the WHWC rate. Do not call the hotel separately to reserve a room or you will not secure the conference rate.

What is the refund policy for this event?

If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is fully transferable to another person at any time as long as you identify the person to whom you will be transferring your registration and contact our registrar to make the registration transfer. You may also choose to cancel your registration before January 6, 2024 and we will partially refund your registration minus a $100 cancelation fee. After January 6, 2024, all registrations are non-refundable but still transferable.

If you cannot attend because you test positive for COVID or have any other sickness or health issues, you can transfer your registration to another individual or follow the same cancellation policy outlined above. We are not able to issue full refunds for any registration fees due to sickness or COVID.

This applies only to E2024 registration fees. All attendees with a hotel reservation must abide by hotel policies for cancellation. WHWC is not responsible for hotel cancellation fees.

Who is eligible for the discounted rate?

You qualify as a student if you are currently enrolled in an academic institution where you are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree that is preparing you for a vocation in ministry. You qualify for “First Time Attendee” pricing if this is your first time attending a Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy conference.
