Dear Partner,

For over 25 years, Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy has remained true to our call to develop female clergy and leaders in ministry. We are preparing for our upcoming Conference and you are invited to partner with us to make a difference!

WHWC’s E2026 Conference is coming February 23-25, 2026. We are excited to announce that we will be in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, where you’ll get to worship and network with 800+ women clergy and faith leaders during an inspiring 3-day conference. E2026 is designed to engage, equip and empower women clergy, emphasizing the distinction of leading as Wesleyan Holiness women. Register today so you can begin your planning. The official conference sessions will begin February 23, 2026 at 7pm and end on February 25, 2026 at 9pm. Optimal travel days will be February 22 and February 26, 2026.

FAQs

What equipment is included with the exhibit booth?

All sponsors and exhibitors will be provided one 6-foot table with a gray tablecloth and two chairs.

When is setup?

Sponsor and exhibitor tables must be set up by Monday, February 23rd at 1:30pm. Exhibits will open at 6:00 pm. Please plan your travel accordingly to plan to be set up by that time.

Can I sell goods at my booth?

As a conference partner, we are giving you permission to sell your materials to conference attendees. No outside food or beverages may be sold, but any goods related to your organization may be sold.
